Marketing and communication, business growth and strategic planning is a never ending process, but in this instance the Next Step process is about us working on your specific project and at the same time having your business learning skills so that our relationship is one of growth, not dependency.

As a rule of thumb, most “one off” projects normally take 90 -120 days to complete, however we have many clients we have worked with on a retainer basis for more than ten years.

"The Next Step" is your next step

Getting your ideas out of your head, down on paper and giving them an intensive strategic work over and then putting action plans into place is what The Next Step is all about.

For some this is a big challenge.

Combining the development of a "living plan" and structured support is the process I've discovered is the best way to put the "rubber on the road".

You actually have to do something, and to do something you have to want to do something.

The Next Step is not about me doing the plan it's about you finding out what you know and are doing, and discovering what you need to do and you aren't.

The investment required can be a challenge as well

Meeting for an hour or more each week, fitting in an additional 4 hours plus a week to address additional work on your set tasks, between these meetings, motivating staff who need to be brought along with the change process, all on a daily basis, requires a time and an emotional investment that many find challenging.

I know this isn't an inexpensive process, because it represents a significant investment in your business future and the outcomes are significant as well.

Your investment in the process is less than an hour a week wasted by the average employee.

This challenge is not meant for people who wish to make minimal improvements, or aren't sure about the help they need or whether they need change. This is meant to be an investment that will, at the very least, pay for itself three times over, and in my experience can return many times more than that value.

So if you want your ears tickled, if you want someone to do your work for you, if you want a weekly chat then this isn't for you.

Now is the point of challenge for you.
