The inimitable Peter Drucker said ... "Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things"

Is it a case of one or the other?

May be it's both?

If the bloggers of the world have it right (see image above), management is way more important than leadership when it comes to being commented on.

May be it's easier to write about management than leadership?

May be there isn't many examples of leadership to write about?

My feeling is we have it wrong in that without leaders there can't be managers?
