Business GPS Print E-mail

iphone-gps.jpgA GPS isn't a compass and it's not a map, it's actually a way of pinpointing where you are in relation to your surrounds and helps guide you to where you want to go.

The directedfocus GPS process looks at 10 key areas of your business and highlights key areas and possibilities for growth and profit in your business.

What the GPS process entails

1. Survey
There are 60 questions that take around 20 minutes to answer and are returned for analysis

2. Analysis
Together we spend another 20 minutes or so on the phone gaining a deeper insight into your answers. This is where you assign a value to the key areas that you see as being of the highest priority right now.

"This gave a me a totally different view of the potential of my business and the possibilities for it. I sorta knew what the issues were but this process put money in the bank for us." - Dominic Schmittick

What key areas are covered

There are many key areas of business and the 10 core issues we investigate are

  • Business Culture
  • Business Leadership
  • Business Planning
  • Business Profit
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Customer Service
  • Personal Development
  • Sales and Communication
  • Strategic Marketing
  • Team Morale

Out of this group the GPS uncovers for you the top three issues, which will have the greatest impact on the future of your business.

3. Discovery
This is where most people say "wow" as they view their business with new eyes. The report and our discussions open up new possibilities that you probably knew were there, but hadn't looked at them in the same way.

"The GPS provides insights into the potential of your current circumstance that you never thought possible" - Amy Coultard

What's so important about the GPS?

Everyone I work with, whether it's one on one or in a group, whether the business is a solo entrepreneur or has a management team of 10, completes this simple process.

It enables you to view your business from a totally different perspective, and as well I can learn more about your business and where it is at.

The big thing is that when we first meet you receive a productive outcome, regardless of whether you decide to continue to work with me or you don't. This is most important for me as you get to experience working with me rather than reading or listening to me tell you about how I work with you.

What's your investment?

Completing the questionnaire, being on the phone call to clarify your results and meeting to discuss the outcome will require an investment of around 2 hours of your time.

If you'd like to get a totally different view of your business contact me here and I'll send you a link to complete the survey.

I look forward to hearing from you.
