Challenges Print E-mail

The Challenge facing most business owners is that the list of what needs to be done ...
is more often than not endless.

The challenge is working out where to start?
Which one of the many to begin with?
What is the most important next step?
What path to take?

process

Many business owners approach to all of this is ... "I'm looking to change but I just don't know where to begin"

Uncertainty and Procrastination

If you are uncertain about change, unsure about how to move from where you are then check out ...

I look back at my time delivering workshops and services with the realisation that I too had been seduced by "conventional business planning processes" and the obvious lack of outcomes achieved as a result of this "traditional" thinking process.

The programs are called "Challenges" because breaking the mould for me was a challenge as wasdeveloping an alternative that fits with real live business owners. It's also a challenge for participants because there is little point in going through a self discovery process with out some "mental" stretching.

The Challenge Programs are designed to assist you to find out where you are now, to provoke you into envisaging the future you want and challenging you to move forward with action.

There are three experiences available ...  Plan on the Run, Business Bites and Challenge Network, each is different in it's level of personal learning and time committment, toward creating a bigger future for you and your business.

Not sure what this all means then you can see what other clients have to say ... in addition you can call and arrange a time to spend together and discuss where you are and what you want to achieve. No strings!

I look forward to hearing from you
