The 10 Questions that can change your business. Print E-mail

Here are the Ten Questions I work with clients to get them focused on their core messages.

pnpDon't get caught up in their simplicity ... as each question can take a week to answer. Sometimes people take a fortnight to get the answer and the learning for them can be most profound.

So see how you go in answering these right now. Grab a pencil and paper and you are away

Firstly, a deceptively simple question which traps many an answerer into a perpetually closed conversation.

What do you do?

Ensuring that the people you want to communicate with are the people who receive your communication can be a challenge in itself.

Whom do you wish to communicate with?

The pressure is building within your business, you have all your products and services ready for one thing.

What do you want the customer to do?

So much for all that customer focus, we now need to focus on you and your business.

Where are you now?

When pressed we all have some form of vision, dream or goal for where we would secretly like to be at some time in the future.

Where do you want to be and by when?

This is the one question that many people avoid as it means confronting the change that they need to be making.

What do you need to be doing when you get there?

When you think of a goal or new direction, the mind immediately comes up with reasons why it can't be achieved.

What's going to stop you getting there?

Each obstacle we face becomes the basis for a strategy for change

What strategies do you need to develop to breakdown those barriers?

Goals and strategies are nigh on useless without action.

What activities need to occur for you to complete those strategies?

This is where you fill in the gaps having reviewed all the goals you are setting and integrating them into your daily activities

What's your big plan of action?

Phew ... you got that all down?

I hope you are happy with your answers?

Now comes the real challenge ... are you willing to take the next step and do something with your answers?

The problem for most people is that the biggest obstacle to their success isn't the lack of skills or knowledge ... it's the absence of execution.

May be you are thinking ... but my answers won't help me change my business.

Then I challenge you to contact me and let's run through your answers so I can show you what's behind these simple questions.

There is no obligation to do anything more , no committment other than abound 30 to 40 minutes of your time, no expense other than your phone call.

Send me an email from here and we can arrange a time to talk.
