Typically our clients possess expertise in a wide variety of businesses and they are seeking outside support in creating a bigger future for themselves and their business.

At any one time a small (no more than three) group of highly-motivated SME business owners and entrepreneurs whose businesses cover the major industry groups of manufacturing, professional services and product development.

The owners and leaders of these diverse businesses have three things in common:

1. They have big dreams and they are willing to change and are seeking to create a real vision for the world. The big fact is their dreams aren't just about themselves; they are all about making a difference for others, through the success of their business. I'll be frank they do wish to make profits, they want to produce more profits, with less stress, and have quality time to enjoy it because they know this is one of the best ways they can leave a lasting impression upon the world.

2. They have big hearts. Their passion comes deep from within it's a personal essence, and this underlying purpose in life fuels their desire to grow and expand their business profitability and operations. Sometimes they don't realise what this essence really is but it's like a stone in their shoe, it's niggling them.

3. They have got a ton of guts. They have the courage to question their current status and they aren't satisfied with "near enough is good enough". They are willing to go beyond what they can see and feel to push boundaries even when they are more than a little afraid. They know that for their businesses to grow beyond today, they have to grow beyond who they are today. And, they are willing to invest the time, energy, money, and other resources to take this on.

My work/life experience is mixed, to say the least, but it has given me a broad range of valuable experience and a solid foundation on which to build my services. No matter what the project, I can draw on some aspect of:

• my 30+ years of personal business ownership and investment ,
• my 20+ years of managing businesses in conjunction with other partners
• my 20+ years in management facilitation, education and mentoring across countless industries ,
• my 10+ years experience in working with businesses of various sizes across eight countries and across regional Australia, also
• my extensive community and volunteering experiences.

If and when I ask you a question or offer guidance, you can be sure that I will be drawing from that experience.

I try never to challenge you to create a bigger future, because it appeals to my intellect.

If I confront you to take action, it is because I've done it myself, or have failed to do it, or seen others in the same predicament and I know (from experience) the difference.

Clients are guaranteed a fresh perspective and a healthy dose of authenticity in the communication we have and an honesty in the accountability called for.

You will find it easy dealing with me. I pride myself on my flexibility, my ability to come to grips with concepts and ideas and a solid grasp of the language.

I am acutely aware of the importance of sticking to my word and expect the same from you as well.

I’m based near Creswick, a regional community outside of Ballarat, Australia, although I work with people wherever they are, across Australia and the world.

I figure that if we each don't make an attempt, a real honest to goodness attempt to achieve what we are seeking, or to achieve the potential we know we could achieve, then there is little point complaining about not being fulfilled or having a less than a satisfying life or boring business.

Working with you as an individual or as a business owner I begin with the premise that, you know all you need to know, at this time to begin to change. Rather than work to educate or provide you with a mass of information, to make you confused, knowing what your current benchmark is and what you can do with this, can produce some outstanding results.
